    Some clients can start noticing some results after only two weeks, however most start to feel noticeable improvements after a month. Consistency is key!

  • As a Dietitian I focus on personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes and do not prescribe medication or diagnose illnesses. While a doctor might treat symptoms with medical interventions, I aim to address the root causes of health issues through dietary and lifestyle modifications. My approach is holistic, looking at how your food and lifestyle choices impact your overall well-being.

  • My ultimate goal is to create a lifestyle for you that is sustainable and enjoyable. I focus on helping you find a balanced approach to nutrition that supports your digestive health without making you feel deprived. By crafting a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle, you'll be able to enjoy your food while still achieving your health goals.

  • While I am based in the Greater Los Angeles area, we also serve clients virtually in the state of California.

  • Finch™ Nutrition does not accept insurance at this time. Instead, we provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note, payment is required at the time of service, and insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.
